Filing a DMCA Notice

Counter-Notice

If you believe that your material that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material in your content, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to our DMCA Agent:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  2. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
  3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which PicsArt APK may be found.
  5. A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant who filed the infringement notice. If the complainant does not file a lawsuit within 10 business days, we will restore the removed material.

Repeat Infringers

PicsArt APK will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
